2. Services Provided

RedLine Equipment and Services, LLC provides dumpster rental, trailer rental, debris hauling, land clearing, and related waste management services for residential and commercial customers.

All rentals are subject to availability, service area limitations, and acceptance by the Company.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

By placing an order or reserving equipment, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Rental Terms

Dumpster and Trailer Use

Customers agree to:

  • Use rented equipment only for lawful purposes
  • Load materials safely and within weight limits
  • Not overload dumpsters or trailers beyond the rim or rated capacity
  • Keep prohibited materials out of containers and trailers
  • Ensure clear and safe access for delivery and pickup

Prohibited Materials

The following items are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing:

  • Hazardous waste
  • Chemicals or solvents
  • Paints and oils
  • Batteries
  • Tires
  • Asbestos
  • Medical waste
  • Explosives or flammable materials
  • Refrigerants or appliances containing refrigerants

The Company reserves the right to refuse pickup or charge additional disposal fees for prohibited materials.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Obtaining any required permits or HOA approvals
  • Ensuring adequate space and access for equipment placement

The Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, underground utilities, or property resulting from normal delivery or pickup operations.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to:

  • Require payment in advance
  • Charge late fees on unpaid balances
  • Charge additional fees for overweight loads, extended rental periods, prohibited items, failed delivery attempts, or excessive cleaning

Customers authorize the Company to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees and damages.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary based on the timing of cancellation and service status. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery may qualify for a full or partial refund
  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations after delivery may incur fees
  • No refunds are provided for partially used rental periods

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Customers agree to:

  • Protect equipment from theft, vandalism, or misuse
  • Not move dumpsters or trailers after delivery
  • Not allow unauthorized persons to use the equipment
  • Notify the Company immediately of damage or issues

Customers may be held financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redline Equipment and Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of our website or services
  • Delays in delivery or pickup
  • Property damage resulting from placement requests
  • Loss of business or profits
  • Disposal restrictions or landfill delays

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable rental service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redline Equipment and Services, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your misuse of rented equipment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Injury, property damage, or legal violations related to your use of our services

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with website operations or security
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Redline Equipment and Services, LLC.

12. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Service Area Restrictions

Services are available only within designated service areas. We reserve the right to refuse service outside our coverage area or for unsafe delivery conditions.

14. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, government actions, landfill closures, or equipment failures.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Hays County, Texas.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
